April 13, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 008-10 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service and pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No. 608 dated 30 March 2007 entitled "Establishing a National Security Clearance System for Government Personnel with Access to Classified Matters and for Other Purposes," Undersecretary ESTELA V. SALES is hereby designated as Security Officer of this Department. As Security Officer, Undersecretary Sales shall assume responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the security clearance system as required under EO 608 and its implementing rules and regulations.
