March 10, 2008 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 008-08 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD OF PERSONNEL INQUIRY AND REVIEW (BOPIR) In the exigency of the service, following the organizational changes effected under Department Order No. 5-08 dated February 22, 2008 and the resignation from the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) by Director Thelma A. Mariano, the Board is hereby reconstituted as follows: TIADCc Chairperson : Usec. Gil S. Beltran Domestic Finance Group and Revenue Operations Group Members : Director Ma. Teresa S. Habitan Fiscal Policy and Planning Office Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Central Administration Office Director Ma. Lourdes B. Recente Research Information Office Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Central Financial Management Office The Board shall convene immediately and designate members to its Secretariat, which shall be headed by Atty. Rowena R. Salido, Chief Tax Specialist, Customs and Tariff Division, to assist the Board in the performance of its mandate. This Order supersedes Department Order No. 21-05 dated September 8, 2005 and shall take effect immediately. All concerned may please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) MARGARITO B. TEVES Secretary
