Tax Credit Certificates issued under the Investment Incentives Group (to include all TCCs issued for approved claims and requests for reconsideration as well as for replacement TCCs to cover lost, revalidated or change in corporate name of original TCC holder) OIC and Deputy Executive Director ERNESTO Q. HIANSEN (Assistant Secretary GIL S. BELTRAN, alternate signatory); and, Mr. CARMELO CASIBANG, Head, Claim Evaluation Division (Director JAMES ROLDAN, alternate signatory) B. Tax Credit Certificate issued under the Duty Drawback Group OIC and Deputy Executive Director ERNESTO Q. HIANSEN (Ms. GRACE R. FLAMINIANO, alternate signatory); and, Deputy Commissioner GIL VALERA, Bureau of Customs C. Tax Credit Certificate issued under the Tax and Revenue Group Newly issued TCCs : OIC and Deputy Executive Director ERNESTO Q. HIANSEN (Ms. GRACE R. BELTRAN, alternate signatory) All previously issued orders, guidelines and regulations which are in conflict with this Department Order are hereby repealed.
