January 25, 1999 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 007-99 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service and in order to obviate any delay in view of the leave of absence of Atty. Concepcion S. Kimpo, Director IV, papers for the signature of Director Kimpo may be prepared for the signature of Assistant Secretary Gil S. Beltran/Atty. Rogelio A. Casiguran, Director III.
