April 16, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 007-12 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service and in connection with Department Order No. 54-2011, as amended by Department Order No. 3-2012, the composition of the Special DOF-ADB Bids and Awards Committee ("SBAC") is hereby modified, as follows: I. SBAC Members 1. Undersecretary Carlo A. Carag Chairman 2. Director Fidel Condrada Vice-Chairman 3. Director Rommel Herrera Member 4. Director Norberto Malvar Member 5. End User Provisional Member All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed, modified or revoked.
