February 7, 2006 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 007-06 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) DESIGNATING MS. ANNA MARIA G. DE LEON AS SPECIAL DISBURSING OFFICER FOR THE INTELLIGENCE AND CONFIDENTIAL FUND UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE OFFICER OF THE SECRETARY In the exigency of the service, MS. ANNA MARIA G. DE LEON, Executive Assistant V, is hereby designated as Special Disbursing Officer (SDO) for the Intelligence and Confidential Fund under the supervision of the Office of the Secretary, as approved by the Office of the President on 05 May 2005 and covered by Department of Budget and Management Advice of Notice of Cash Allocation No. 253678-5. As such, she shall handle the remainder of the fund in the amount of TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000.00) to defray expenses for confidential and intelligence purposes. Ms. De Leon shall report directly to the undersigned for purposes of fund disbursement and liquidation, following government accounting rules and regulations on the utilization of the said Fund. This Order supersedes Department Order No. 14-05 and all other Orders that are inconsistent herewith. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.)
