January 12, 2016 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 006-16 INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF THE DOF RETIREMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the Department of Finance recognizes and values the committed service rendered by its employees for the effective and efficient conduct of its mandate; WHEREAS, a quality retirement program encourages productivity and satisfaction in the workplace; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the Retirement Program is hereby instituted as a regular component of the DOF's Human Resource Development Plan as implemented by the Personnel Services Division to be included in the regular budget of the Department.
