January 23, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 006-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) AUTHORIZING INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS OF THE CMIO WILLIAM ACHED, JOEL APOLONIO AND JESUS BUENO TO INVESTIGATE, FILE CHARGES AGAINST, AND PROSECUTE OR ASSIST GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR BODIES IN THE PROSECUTION OF PERSONNEL OF THE BIR OR BOC In the exigencies of the service, the following Intelligence Officers of the CMIO, to wit: 1. WILLIAM ACHED 2. JOEL APOLONIO 3. JESUS BUENO are authorized to investigate, file charges against, and prosecute or assist other government agencies or bodies in the prosecution of personnel of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Bureau of Customs regarding any offenses, criminal or administrative, that they may have committed or are committing during their terms in office within those bureaus.
