March 25, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 006-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) Pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 266, creating the One-Stop Shop Inter-agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center (CENTER) and Department Order No. 8-02 authorizing the official signatories of the CENTER, the following personnel are hereby designated to sign Tax Debit Memos for and in behalf of Officer-in-Charge and Deputy Executive Director ERNESTO Q. HIANSEN whenever he is on official leave. acCTIS Recommending approval: MS. ELIZABETH B. CRUZ HEAD, Verification and Authentication Division Final Approval: MS. GRACE R. FLAMINIANO HEAD, TCC Issuance and Application Division All other Department Orders relative to the signatories of tax credit certificates remain in effect.
