January 23, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 005-14 SUBJECT : Detail of Officials from the Office of Revenue Agency Modernization to the Bureau of Customs In line with the ongoing initiatives to reform the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and in order to ensure the transparent, efficient and effective operations of the said Bureau, the following officials from this Department's Office of Revenue Agency Modernization (ORAM) are hereby detailed to various positions in the BOC, as specified below: Name Position 1 Bonifacio T. De Castro District Collector, Port of San Fernando 2 Ernesto R. Aradanas District Collector, Port of Davao 3 Rolando R. Ricafrente Supervising Customs Operations Officer, Water Patrol Division, Enforcement Group 4 Dexter C. Pedreza Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Assessment and Operations Coordinating Group 5 Angelo Ver Sumabat Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Assessment and Operations Coordinating Group 6 Arnolfo B. Palmea Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Intelligence Group All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or modified, and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
