BONOAN TAKING CHARGE OF THE REVENUE OPERATIONS GROUP INCLUDING ENDORSEMENTS/ACTIONS ON APPOINTMENTS OF PERSONNEL IN THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS In the exigency of the service and in addition to his regular duties as Officer-in-Charge of Revenue Integrity and Protection Service/Central Management Information Office (RIPS/CMIO) Undersecretary EMMANUEL P. BONOAN shall take charge of the Revenue Operations Group including endorsements/actions on appointments of personnel in the Bureau of Customs.
