January 23, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 005-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) AUTHORIZING INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS OF THE CMIO TROY FRANCIS PIZARRO, REYNALITO LAZARO AND MELCHOR PIOL TO INVESTIGATE AND FILE CHARGES AGAINST AND PROSECUTE OR ASSIST OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR BODIES IN THE PROSECUTION OF PERSONNEL OF THE BIR AND BOC In the exigencies of the service, the following Intelligence Officers of the CMIO, to wit: 1. TROY FRANCIS PIZARRO 2. REYNALITO LAZARO 3. MELCHOR PIOL are authorized to investigate, file charges against, and prosecute or assist other government agencies or bodies in the prosecution of personnel of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Bureau of Customs regarding any offenses, criminal or administrative, that they may have committed or are committing during their terms in office within those bureaus.
