January 20, 2020 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 004-20 In the exigency of service and in view of the expiration of the term of Chairperson Manuel D.J. Siayngco of the Central Board of Assessment Appeals (CBAA), Commissioner Silverio Q. Castillo is hereby designated as the Officer-in-Charge of the CBAA effective 07 January 2020 until 07 January 2021 or until a new Chairman has been appointed by the Office of the President, whichever is sooner.
