January 3, 2018 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 004-18 RECONSTITUTION OF THE PHILIPPINE EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES TRANSPARENCY INITIATIVE SPECIAL BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (PH-EITI SBAC) In the exigency of the service and in pursuant to Sections 11-14 of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act" and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR), the Philippine Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative Special Bids and Awards Committee (PH-EITI SBAC) is hereby reconstituted: I. Saquing Member All administrative issuances contrary to or inconsistent with this Order are hereby revoked or modified.
