January 21, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 004-13 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of service, Department Order No. 28-2012 dated September 11, 2012 is hereby amended, designating Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Deputy Commissioner Estela V. Sales, Legal and Inspection Group as the new Co-Chair of the Technical Working Committee on Exchange of Information in lieu of BIR Assistant Commissioner, Marissa O. Cabreros, Legal Service, who is on sabbatical/study leave. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
