January 30, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 004-03 ( Overtaken by D.O. 26-16) SUPPLEMENTING DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 2-03, S. 2003, ADDING THE ONE-STOP SHOP INTER-AGENCY TAX CREDIT AND DUTY DRAWBACK CENTER AS ONE OF THE OFFICES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF UNDERSECRETARY CORNELIO G. GISON In the exigencies of the public service, Department Order No. 2-03, s. 2003 is hereby supplemented by adding the One-Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center as one of the offices under the administrative supervision of Undersecretary Cornelio G. Gison. Accordingly, Undersecretary Gison is hereby authorized and directed to exercise the powers and discharge the responsibilities specified under Department Order No. 2-03, s. 2003 in relation to the One-Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center.
