January 2, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 003-12 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) AMENDING DEPARTMENT ORDER 54-2011 "CREATION OF SPECIAL DOF-ADB BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE" In the interest of service and in connection with Department Order No. 54-2011 dated 24 November 2011, the personnel composition of the DOF-ADB Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat is hereby modified to replace Atty. Lora Mae Inguito with Atty. Bridget Masina. Further, all personnel named under Department Order 54-2011, in addition to the above mentioned, whose salary grade is 25 and below shall be authorized to claim and receive non-monetary remuneration for overtime services rendered (Compensatory Time-Off) from 24 November 2011 to 31 May 2012, including weekends and holidays, since they will perform additional assignment other than their regular function, in accordance with Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2 dated 04 October 2004. ISAcHD All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or revoked and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
