January 29, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 003-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) Pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 266, creating a One Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center for the processing of all tax credits and duty drawbacks and Department Order No. 8-02 dated May 20, 2002, the following are hereby temporarily designated as official signatories for Tax Debit Memos for the period January 29 to 31, 2003: Ms. Elizabeth B. Cruz Recommending Approval Head, Verification and Authentication Division Ms. Grace R. Flaminiano Final Approval Head, TCC Issuance and Application Division All other provisions relative to the signatories of TCC related transactions remain the same.
