January 11, 1999 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 002-99 ( Declared Repealed by D.O. 29-16) TO : Heads of Offices/Bureaus/Attached Agencies This Department SUBJECT : Submission of Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth For the Secretary to perform its mandate under Sec. 10 (c) of R.A. 6713 otherwise known as "The Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards of Government Officers and Employees", you are hereby directed to also submit copies of the statement of assets, liabilities and net worth for the years 1995, 1996 and 1997 filed by all government officers of your bureaus, from those with the equivalent rank of Assistant Division Chief and higher. aisadc All copies shall be submitted to the Office of the Secretary on or before January 31, 1999.
