January 5, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 002-09 Pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 266 s. 1992, creating a ONE-STOP-SHOP INTER-AGENCY TAX CREDIT AND DUTY DRAWBACK CENTER ("CENTER") for the processing of tax credits and duty drawbacks, the following are hereby designated as the official signatories in the said office: A. Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs) issued under the Investment Incentives Group (IIG) of the CENTER Recommending Approval: DCaEAS CARMELO T. CASIBANG, JR., Deputy Executive Director, CENTER (Mr. Melquiades D.C. Castillo, Head-Claim Evaluation Division, CENTER alternate signatory ) Approved by: ATTY. VILLAMOR VENTURA S. PLAN, Executive Director, CENTER (Deputy Executive Director Carmelo T. Casibang, Jr. alternate signatory ) B. TCCs issued under the Duty Drawback Group of the CENTER Recommending Approval: cDTIAC ATTY. VILLAMOR VENTURA S. PLAN, Executive Director (Deputy Executive Director Carmelo T. Casibang, Jr. alternate signatory ) Approved by: Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs or the Commissioner's duly designated representative. EIDaAH C. TCCs issued under the Tax & Revenue Group of the CENTER Recommending Approval: ATTY. VILLAMOR VENTURA S. PLAN, Executive Director (Deputy Executive Director Carmelo T. Casibang, Jr. alternate signatory ) Approved by: Commissioner of the Bureau of Internal Revenue or the Commissioner's duly designated representative. D. Tax Debit Memos Recommending Approval: HaTISE Ms. GINALU N. CAMPANO, Head-TCC Issuance & Application Division, CENTER (Mr. Melquiades D.C. Casibang, Jr. alternate signatory ) AISHcD As used in this Order, "Tax Credit Certificates" refer to original TCC issuances (including those issued for approved requests for reconsideration), transferred, revalidated, and replacement TCCs. Department Order No. 18-05, as amended, is hereby repealed. All other existing orders which are in conflict with this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
