TERESA HABITAN, DIR. MA. LOURDES DEDAL AND ATTY. ELEAZAR CESISTA In the exigency of the service, the Committee on Rewards is hereby reconstituted as follows: SaCIDT Chairman: Undersecretary GAUDENCIO A. MENDOZA, JR. Members: Undersecretary GIL S. BELTRAN Director MA. TERESA S. HABITAN Director MA. LOURDES V. DEDAL Atty. ELEAZAR C. CESISTA The Legal Affairs Office headed by Director THELMA A. MARIANO shall serve as the Secretariat of the Committee on Rewards to be assisted by Atty. Larry M. Barcelo and Atty. Carlo Marco Bautista. The Committee may likewise invite the attendance of such persons as it may deem necessary to properly discharge its functions.
