January 16, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 002-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) DESIGNATING OF UNDERSECRETARY ERIC O. RECTO AS THE SUPERVISING UNDERSECRETARY FOR THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCE GROUP (IFG) In the exigencies of public service, I hereby designate Undersecretary Eric O. Recto , in addition to his supervisory functions over the Department's Privatization Office and over the on-going development efforts involving the Philippine Government-owned Properties in Japan, as the Supervising Undersecretary for the International Finance Group (IFG) . All orders inconsistent with this Order are hereby revoked. This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) JUANITA D. AMATONG Secretary
