January 2, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 001-13 In the exigencies of the service, a Steering Committee is hereby created for the transfer of the Office of the National Tax Research Center (NTRC) to the Department of Finance (DOF) specifically at the 7th and 8th Floor of the EDPC Building, BSP Complex, Manila, as well as other offices of DOF, Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) and Central Board of Assessment Appeals (CBAA). The Committee shall be composed of the following: Chairperson : Gil S. Beltran, Undersecretary Members : Salvador del Castillo, Executive Director, BLGF Ofelia Marquez, Chairman, CBAA Trinidad A. Rodriguez, OIC Executive Director, NTRC Director Lourdes Z. Santiago, Central Administration Office Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal, Central Financial Management Office Helena Habulan, Executive Director, Municipal Development Fund Office Lilia R. Tan, General Services Division Rosario C. Fuerte, Personnel Services Division Eutiquia Mutiangpili, Budget Division Luisa Notario, Management Services Division Roylito Escala, General Services Division Howard Felipe, General Services Division The Committee is hereby directed to: 1. Formulate systems and procedures for smooth transfer e.g., preparation of Gantt Chart/Flow Chart of activities to be undertaken; CHIScD 2. Coordinate with the office/space planner in the design and plan layout of the affected offices, setting some standards in terms of space allocation with corresponding amenities; 3. Provision of funding source for the required cost of renovation and equipment for the affected offices; 4. Oversee and ensure the orderly transfer of personnel and equipment to the affected offices in DOF, BLGF and CBAA, including but not limited to, the transfer of the telephone lines to the said offices; 5. Facilitate the identification of unserviceable equipment/disposable materials and valueless records for referral to their respective Disposal Committee for appropriate action; and 6. Perform other tasks as may be deemed necessary. All collective and individual reports and recommendations of the Committee and its members, respectively, shall be subject to clearance and approval of the Secretary of Finance.
