January 15, 2008 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO . 001-08 In the interest of the service, Department Order No. 18-05 (dated 28 July 2005) is hereby amended by designating Mr. CARMELO T. CASIBANG JR., Deputy Executive Director of the One-Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center (OSS Center), as alternate signatory of OSS Center Executive Director ERNESTO Q. HIANSEN for the following: aDCIHE 1. "Approved by" signature portion of tax credit certificates issued under the Investment Incentives Group; 2. "Recommending Approval" signature portion of tax credit certificates issued under the Duty Drawback Group; 3. "Recommending Approval" signature portion of tax credit certificates issued under the Tax and Revenue Group: a. TCCs issued for newly approved claims and approved requests for reconsideration b. Replacement TCCs arising from approved transfers, revalidation, lost TCCs and change in corporate name of original TCC holder 4. "Approved by" signature portion of Tax Debit Memos Department Order No. 18-05 is hereby further amended by designating Mr. MELQUIADES D.C. CASTILLO, Head of the Claim Evaluation Division of the Investment Incentives Group, as alternate signatory of OSS Center Deputy Executive Director CARMELO T. CASIBANG, JR. for the "Recommending Approval" signature portion of tax credit certificates issued under the Investment Incentives Group; All other existing orders, guidelines and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
