January 24, 2007 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 001-07 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONSENSUS BUILDING (CB) WORKSHOP IN PURSUANCE OF THE PACKAGE INITIATIVES DEVELOPED UNDER LAMP II, COMPONENT 4 (VALUATION) TO WHICH THIS DEPARTMENT IS COMMITTED TO SUPPORT PARTICULARLY THE NAA BILL AND THE RESA BILL, SEEKING REFORMS IN LAND VALUATION WHICH HAVE BEEN FILED IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE In further pursuance of the package initiatives developed under LAMP II, Component 4 (Valuation) to which this Department is committed to support particularly the NAA Bill and the RESA Bill, seeking reforms in land valuation which have been filed in the House of Representatives and the Senate, respectively, and assigned to various Committees, awaiting public hearings, a Consensus Building (CB) Workshop for the DOF "Family" will be held at the Heritage Hotel on February 2, 2007 at 3 o'clock p.m. to 8 o'clock p.m. The CB will provide the opportunity to discuss all the aspects of the Bills and thus prepare this Department to answer intelligibly and convincingly the questions that will likely be asked during the public hearings. It will also enable this Department to resolve existing issues and thus develop a unified position.
