January 7, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO . 001-03 TO : All Internal Revenue and Customs Officers All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Clarification of Department Order No. 79-02 For the purpose of clarifying Department Order No. 79-2002, the Car Development Program as stated therein shall mean the Motor Vehicle Development Program which includes the Car Development Program (CDP), Commercial Vehicles Development Program (CVDP) and Motorcycle Development Program (MDP) as managed by the Board of Investments.
