January 2, 2001 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 001-01 In the interest of the service, Ms. Grace B. Roxas , Accountant IV of the Municipal Development Fund Office (MDFO), is hereby designated as Acting Chief Accountant of the MDFO. She shall be responsible for all financial, accounting and other reportorial requirements and the issuance of the Certificate of Availability of Funds for all MDF transactions. Ms. Roxas is hereby authorized to receive representation and transportation allowance (RATA) accorded to the position of Chief Accountant, which is a Head of Division. The above-mentioned delegation of authority shall cover all types of funds being administered by the MDFO, whether general, special/project or trust funds. All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuance contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked/modified and all concerned should be guided accordingly. This Order takes effect immediately.
