November 16, 1988 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 006-88 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Congress of the Philippines, for its appropriate action, the request of the FILIPINO INVENTORS SOCIETY (FIS) and the FILIPINO INVENTORS SOLIDARITY THRU CHRISTIAN BROTHERHOOD (FIS-CB) for the restoration of the tax exemption privileges granted to local inventors, under the terms and conditions of Republic Act No. 3850 (Philippine Inventors Incentives Act), as amended: Provided , That the local inventors through the FIS and/or the FIS-CB, as the case may be, shall furnish the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, on an annual basis, or as often as may be required by the FIRB, the details of tax exemption privileges availed by them.
