Verzosa SB Member DINGRAS MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2009-07-061 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V, SECTION 193 SUB-SECTION C (1, 6, 9 & 10) OF THE REVISED REVENUE CODE SERIES OF 2001 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGRAS, ILOCOS NORTE Sponsored by: Hon. Garces BE IT ORDAINED THAT: CHAPTER V, Section 193 sub-section c (1, 9 & 10) of the REVISED REVENUE CODE SERIES 2001 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1. That the rights of the lessee to occupy that stall is strictly non-transferable. Amendment: The whole section be deleted. SECTION 6. The lessor shall have the authority to recommend to the Local Chief Executive his/her successor in case he/she intends to vacate the stall as long as the recommended is capable to have higher gross sales than the previous lessor be amended to read as: "Section 6. That the lessee shall not directly or indirectly sublease, assign or transfer his right under this contract to a third party or parties without the consent of the lessor". SECTION 9. That the LESSEE shall continue and maintain the stall, enhance its architectural well being and promote fire protection safety and shall not use the stall or portion thereof for eating, lying, and sleeping quarters of the family of the LESSEE other than its intended use be amended as: "Section 9. That the LESSEE shall continue and maintain the stall, enhance its architectural well being and promote fire protection safety and shall not use the stall or portion thereof, for sleeping quarters of the family of the LESSEE other than its intended use." SECTION 10. That the LESSEE shall at all times upkeep and maintain cleanliness, sanitary hygiene as well as the maintenance of peace and order within its premises. And shall see to it that all wastes or discarded materials shall be properly disposed of in accordance with Environmental Laws on Waste Management as prescribed by Memorandum Circular No. 94-64 known as Cleaning and Greening Public Market be amended and read as: "Section 10. That the LESSEE shall at all times upkeep and maintain cleanliness, sanitary hygiene as well as the maintenance of peace and order within 10 m. radius of its premises. And shall see to it that all wastes or discarded materials shall be properly disposed of in accordance with Environmental Laws on Waste Management as prescribed by Memorandum Circular No. 94-64 known as Cleaning and Greening Public Market."
