Verzosa SB Member-on official business DINGRAS MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2008-07-014 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V, SECTION 193 SUB-SECTION C (6) OF THE REVISED REVENUE CODE SERIES 2001 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGRAS, ILOCOS NORTE Sponsored by: Hon. Elsie P. Garces and Hon. Rhandolf P. Magno BE IT ORDAINED THAT: SECTION 1. "That the LESSEE shall neither be a DUMMY NOR SUB-LEASE subject stall to other person. In case the registered LESSEE is found to be a DUMMY OR A SUB-LESSOR, this Contract of Agreement shall be Null and Void and subject STALL shall be declared VACANT and subject to adjudication" is hereby amended and read as follows: Section 193, Sub-section C (6) "The lessor shall have the authority to recommend to the Local Chief Executive his/her successor in case he/she intends to vacate the stall as long as the recommendee is capable to have higher gross sales than the previous lessor". SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect after its posting for three (3) consecutive weeks in a bulletin board at the entrance of the Municipal Hall and in at least two (2) other conspicuous places within the territorial jurisdiction of the municipality.
