Encabo President, SK Federation DASMARIAS TAX ORDINANCE NO. 003-08 TAX ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE COLLECTION OF PROCESSING FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY PESOS (PHP50.00) PER TRANSACTION OF TAX DECLARATION Sponsored by: SBM Raul Rex D. Encabo WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan has adopted Tax Ordinance No. 01-s-2003 on August 01, 2003 enacting the Revised Revenue Code of Dasmarias, Cavite (2003) which includes the imposition of fees to be collected from every person requesting the annotation of certain documents, certified true copy of a Tax Declaration, and other certifications from the Municipal Assessor's Office under Article F (Assessor's Annotation and Certification Fee); WHEREAS, after thorough evaluation, the Sangguniang Bayan deemed it proper to impose the collection of Fifty Pesos (Php50.00) as processing fee for every transfer and/or issuance of a Tax Declaration, apart from the fees stipulated under Tax Ordinance No. 01-s-2003; NOW THEREFORE, on a joint motion of Sangguniang Bayan Member Raul Rex D. Mangubat and Sangguniang Bayan Member Teofilo B. Lara duly seconded by all Sangguniang Bayan Members present, BE IT ORDAINED AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in a session duly assembled, that: SECTION 1. Title . This Ordinance shall be known as "TAX ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE COLLECTION OF PROCESSING FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY PESOS (PHP50.00) PER TRANSACTION OF TAX DECLARATION". SECTION 2. General Provisions . There shall be collected from each transfer and/or issuance of a Tax Declaration a processing fee of Fifty Pesos (Php50.00) which shall be paid at the Municipal Treasurer's Office at the time of the request. TaCDIc SECTION 3. Separability Clause . If for any reason, any section or provision of this Tax Ordinance is declared illegal or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions hereof shall continue to be in full force and effect. SECTION 4. Repealing Clause . All municipal ordinances, issuances/orders whose provisions are in conflict with, or contrary to the provisions of this Tax Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended, and modified accordingly. SECTION 5. Effectivity Clause . This Tax Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its posting at the bulletin boards of the Municipal Government and publication in a newspaper of local circulation. UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
