Encabo President, SK Federation DASMARIAS TAX ORDINANCE NO. 002-08 TAX ORDINANCE IMPOSING ASSESSMENT FEES AT THE DASMARIAS COMPUTER LEARNING CENTER (DCLC) Sponsored by: SBM Raul Rex D. Encabo WHEREAS, the Dasmarias Computer Learning Center (DCLC) was approved as Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Accredited Assessment Center on April 14, 2008 with Accreditation No. ROIVA-03-0810-006; WHEREAS, with regards to the said approval, the collection of fees from the applicants willing to undergo assessment at DCLC is recommended; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan, after a thorough review and evaluation of the composition of fees to be collected, deemed it proper and necessary to imposed assessment fees at the DCLC; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Bayan Member Raul Rex D. Mangubat duly seconded by all Sangguniang Bayan Members present, BE IT ORDAINED AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in a session duly assembled, that: SECTION 1. Title . This Ordinance shall be known as "A TAX ORDINANCE IMPOSING ASSESSMENT FEES AT THE DASMARIAS COMPUTER LEARNING CENTER (DCLC)". SECTION 2. General Provisions. There shall be collected the following prescribed fees: TaCDAH From each applicant (previous and current students of DCLC) Amount Assessors Fee P250.00 TESDA Fee 100.00 Administrative Cost 200.00 Total P550.00 ====== From each applicant (graduates from other schools) Amount Assessors Fee P250.00 TESDA Fee 100.00 Administrative Cost 200.00 Facilities and Materials 450.00 Total P1,000.00 ======== SECTION 3. Separability Clause . If for any reason, any section or provision of this Tax Ordinance is declared illegal or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions hereof shall continue to be in full force and effect. SECTION 4. Repealing Clause . All municipal ordinances, issuances/orders whose provisions are in conflict with or contrary to the provisions of this Tax Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. SECTION 5. Effectivity Clause . This Tax Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its posting at the bulletin boards of the Municipal Government and publication in a newspaper of local circulation.
