September 21, 2011 CUSTOMS MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 154-11 TO : All Deputy Commissioners All Directors & Chiefs All District/Port Collectors And Others Concerned SUBJECT : Securities and Exchange Commission "i-View System" Attached is the letter of Chairperson Teresita J. Herbosa , Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dated 05 September 2011 advising that: "SEC offers access to its "I-View System". Through this System, your office may directly view and download information on corporations without having to go through the trouble of coming to the SEC Building, nor writing a letter and waiting for a response. The System uses a "pinmailer" card, which may be purchased from the SEC Cashier at minimal cost. The "i-View" covers the following documents: Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, General Information Sheet, Audited Financial Statements, Stock and Transfer Book and other reports. Thus, your office can find out the date of registration, incorporators, directors, officers, financial status, and other relevant data concerning registered entities".
