December 21, 2021 CTA CIRCULAR NO. 02-2021 TO : All Concerned Court Employees, Litigants, and Members of the Bar RE : Extension of the Deadlines for the Filing of Any and All Pleadings and Other Court Submissions with the Court of Tax Appeals in Light of Super Typhoon Odette In view of the adverse effects of super typhoon Odette, and following the lead of the Supreme Court in Administrative Circular No. 102-2021, dated 20 December 2021, the filing of any and all pleadings and other court submissions with the Court of Tax Appeals is SUSPENDED from December 21, 2021 to January 3, 2022. ATICcS The filing periods of any and all pleadings and other court submissions that fell due or would fall due during the said period are hereby EXTENDED for seven (7) calendar days counted from January 4, 2022.
