LXXVII AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CITY TAX ORDINANCE NO. LXIX, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "REVISED OMNIBUS TAX ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CEBU" The Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Cebu, in a regular session assembled, do hereby ordains that: SECTION 1. Section 67, paragraph (n) of City Tax Ordinance No. LXIX, otherwise known as the "Revised Omnibus Tax Ordinance of the City of Cebu" is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 67. Fees and Charges for Services Rendered. . . . (n) Other Business Undertakings/Activities: (1) Private Golf Links/Courses P50,000.00 (2) Government-owned golf links/courses 5,000.00 (3) Mini golf links/courses (with less than nine (9) holes) P1,000.00 (4) Polo grounds 50,000.00 (5) Maintaining and/or operating business weighers 500.00 (6) Maintenance and operation of marble pool and the like: First two tables 50.00 Each additional table 120.00 (7) Business permit fee for the holding of painting and art exhibitions, flowershows musical programs, literary and oratorical presentations as well as operas, concerts, dramas, recitals, fashion shows, except those where no admission fees are collected per day or night 100.00 (8) Permit fees for business establishment holding promotional or special sales or offers such as baratillos, anniversary sales, Christmas sales, school opening sales, graduation sales, and the like, per day 20.00 (9) Permit fee for maintaining and/or operating booking office or stations for horse racing, dog racing, jai-alai, pelota and other events of similar nature: Each main booking station/office 100.00 Each additional booking station/office 50.00 (10) Car exchange on consignment basis 500.00 (11) For operating warehouses or bodegas of wholesalers, retailers, importers, except those business duly licensed in the city 500.00 xxx xxx xxx SECTION 2.
