October 28, 2016 CDC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. TFD-16-11-52 TO : All CFZ Registered Business Enterprises SUBJECT : Customs Administrative Order No. 02-2016 Please be informed that the Bureau of Customs (BOC) issued Customs Administrative Order (CAO) No. 02-2016 entitled "Imported Good with de Minimis Value not Subject to Duties and Taxes." HTcADC Among others, upon the effectivity of the said CAO, the BOC set Ten Thousand Pesos (PHP10,000.00) as the De Minimis Value of good for which no duty or tax is collected. We are attaching herewith CAO 02-2016 for everyone's reference and guidance for your future importations with De Minimis Value.
