October 20, 2016 CDC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. TFD 16-10-49 TO : All CFZ Registered Enterprises SUBJECT : Resumption of Payment of TFD Permits Please be advised that 31 December 2016 will be the last day of the implementation of the two (2)-year moratorium 1 on the payment of TFD fees on Permits to Bring-In and Bring-Out. HESIcT In this line, effective 01 January 2017, CDC shall resume its strict implementation of "Revised Trade Facilitation (TFD) Schedule of Processing Fees." 2 Below is the procedure for payment of online permits: PERMIT TO BRING-IN, PERMIT TO BRING-OUT, ENTRY AND EXIT GATE PASS Step Payment Procedure 1 Applicant requests for an order or payment from CDC-Trade Facilitation Division (CDC-TFD) for the advance payment of corresponding fees prior to the application of appropriate permit/s. 2 Applicant proceeds to CDC-Treasury Division (CDC-TD) at Bldg. 2121, E. Quirino St., Clark Freeport Zone, for the advance payment of processing fees. 3 CDC-TD encodes the Official Receipt Number and amount paid. System debits actual fees for every application. 4 Applicant proceeds with the online application of appropriate permit/s.
