September 27, 2016 CDC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. TFD 16-09-48 TO : All CFZ Registered Enterprises SUBJECT : Revenue Memorandum Order No. 56-2016 dated 31 August 2016, "Further Amending the Policies, Guidelines and Procedures in the Application and Processing of Bureau of Internal Revenue Importer's Clearance (ICC) and Broker's Clearance Certificate (BCC)" 1. We are attaching herewith Revenue Memorandum Order No. 56-2016, dated 31 August 2016, "Further Amending the Policies, Guidelines and Procedures in the Application and Processing of Bureau of Internal Revenue Importer's Clearance (ICC) and Broker's Clearance Certificate (BCC)."
