February 9, 2012 CDC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. ERD-12-8 TO : All CFZ Registered Enterprises with Duty Free and Tax-Exempt Aircraft(s) SUBJECT : Monthly Submission of Flight Schedules and Total Flight Hours of Tax-Exempted Aircrafts (TEAs) Please be informed that all CFZ Registered Enterprise with tax-exempt aircrafts are required to submit the above subject not later than 15th of every month duly certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). The purpose of which is for the locators and CDC to have an up-to-date status and facilitates monitoring of all TEAs to ensure that all flights are principally Clark related. The total flights made will be computed at the end of the year to determine Clark-related flights that meet the 51% threshold limit required under Memorandum Circular No. ERD 11-35, "Policy Guidelines on the Admission of Duty-free and Tax-Exempted Aircrafts".
