July 28, 1955 CBP NOTIFICATION TO AUTHORIZED SECURITY DEALERS NO. 4-55 SUBJECT : Switch Transactions for Account of Non-Residents Involving Securities of Philippine Companies Organized After December 9, 1949 1. Effective immediately, all Authorized Security Dealers are hereby requested not to issue any license authorizing switch transactions for account of non-residents, involving securities of Philippine companies organized after December 9, 1949.
