April 15, 1983 CBP MEMORANDUM TO : All Savings & Mortgage Banks, Private Development Banks, and Stock Savings and Loan Associations Authorized as Foreign Exchange Dealers Under CB Circular No. 920, copy attached, all Thrift Banks which have been authorized as foreign exchange dealers are designated accredited outlets for raffle coupons under the Foreign Exchange Incentive Raffle Program. For every US$100.00 or its equivalent in foreign currency, which is sold to you for pesos, you are to issue one Raffle Coupon after issuing the Central Bank Official Receipt for the amount sold. dctai At the end of each week, the Thrift Bank shall report to the nearest Central Bank Regional Clearing Unit all raffle stubs of coupons issued and a copy of the CB Official Receipt. Four purposes of this reporting the Central Bank Foreign Currency Exchange Unit in Olongapo, Zambales, is considered a CB Regional Clearing Unit. Thrift banks in Metro Manila shall report to the Central Bank, 12th Floor, Multi-storey building. It will be appreciated if the weekly reporting is observed by all Thrift Banks concerned. (SGD.)
