March 21, 1984 CBP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Authorized Security Dealers Effective immediately, all applications for confirmation of sales transactions, in Philippine securities effected and approved for and on behalf of the Central Bank by authorized security dealers, pursuant to Central Bank Memorandum to All Authorized Security Dealers and Stock Transfer Agents and Registrars dated December 26, 1969 and August 10, 1970, shall be accomplished in CBP-FED-ASD 5-A and filed in triplicate with Foreign Exchange Department I.
