February 13, 1986 CBP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries We wish to inform that the merger of Insular Bank of Asia and America with and into Philippine Commercial International Bank (PCIB) was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 24, 1985 and was effected/implemented on December 27, 1985, with PCIB as the surviving bank.
