July 9, 1982 CBP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Authorized Agent Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institution with Quasi-Banking Functions and Accredited Government Securities Dealers Please submit to the Central Bank Treasury, three copies each of the following: 1. For verification of authority: A list of signatories designated and authorized by your respective boards to sign for any communication relating to repurchase agreements, purchases/sales of securities or retrieval of securities from CB custody. 2. For identification of authenticity: Facsimile signatures of such authorized signatories. 3. List of representatives/liaison personnel who deliver to or take delivery from Treasury documents from your entity, their passport size photos and facsimile signatures. (SGD.)
