August 14, 1981 CBP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Banks, Stock Exchanges, Securities Dealers and Stock Brokers Please be informed that for purposes of Circular No. 807, dated June 26, 1981, prescribing the guidelines to govern availments under the Special Financing Program for stock trading, the loan ceiling of P50,000.00 per borrower shall now be P100,000.00 per borrower.
