November 27, 1980 CBP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Banks, Securities Dealers and Other Financial Institutions Please be advised that pursuant to Ministry Order No. 95-80 dated October 9, 1980 of the Ministry of Finance, the following amendment is hereby added to Part VII of Department Order No. 23-74, Series of 1974, as amended, otherwise known as the Rules and Regulations Governing Premyo Savings Bonds, effective immediately: "SECTION 3-A Lost, Stolen or Totally Destroyed Premyo Savings Bonds . No relief shall be granted on account of lost, stolen or totally destroyed Premyo Savings Bonds. Hence, no Caveat shall be entered on the basis of any report regarding such lost, stolen or totally destroyed bonds." Please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) ALINA M. DIAZ Director
