May 31, 1984 CBP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries Please be informed that the merger of the Rural Bank of Santander (Cebu), Inc. and the Rural Bank of Badian (Cebu), Inc. has been approved by the Monetary Board with the Rural Bank of Santander (Cebu), Inc. as the surviving bank. cdpr The Securities and Exchange Commission issued on May 8, 1984 its Certificate of Merger. As a consequence of this merger, the Rural Bank of Badian (Cebu), Inc. was dissolved but shall continue to operate as branch of the Rural Bank Santander (Cebu), Inc. (SGD.) CARLOTA P.
