July 9, 2015 Ordinance approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Cauayan, Isabela in its Regular Session held on July 9, 2015 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall. CAUAYAN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 057-15 ORDINANCE INCORPORATING ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS OF SECTION 3A.04, ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2011-015 OR THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF 2012 OF THE CITY OF CAUAYAN, ISABELA (Sponsor: Hon. Bagnos A. Maximo) Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session duly assembled, that: SECTION 3A.04. Issuance of Temporary Mayor's Permit. The Office of the City Mayor, upon the recommendation of the Chief of the Business Permit and Licensing Office, may issue a Temporary Mayor's Permit to businesses who could not immediately comply with the submission of some documentary requirements, subject to the following conditions: 1. Must have submitted at least 60% of the total documentary requirements needed. 2. The Temporary Mayor's Permit will automatically be revoked after the lapse of three (3) months from date of issue, and/or earlier as the case may be for grave violation of public order, morality and health concerns. SECTION 8.04. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after approval, posted in at least three (3) conspicuous places in the City and published in a Bamboo Official Gazette of the City Government of Cauayan, Isabela.
