January 9, 2013 CABUYAO CITY ORDINANCE NO. 385-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 OF THE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2012-378, EXTENDING THE CONDONATION OF PENALTIES, INTERESTS AND SURCHARGES TO OWNERS OF TAX DELINQUENT REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF CABUYAO UNTIL FEBRUARY 28, 2013 Sponsored by Councilor Jose G. Alcabasa, Jr. Seconded by all SP Members WHEREAS, there is a need to extend the City Ordinance No. 2012-378 to give way for those who was not able to avail this condonation due to short period of time given which most of the tax payers where too busy preparing for the last month Christmas season; WHEREAS, the delinquent payers will have enough time to settle their delinquencies for their real properties; BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session duly assembled that: SECTION 1. Title. This City Ordinance shall be known as "An Ordinance amending Section 6 of the City Ordinance No. 2012-378, extending the condonation of penalties, interests, and surcharges to owners of tax delinquent Real Properties located within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Cabuyao until February 28, 2013"; SECTION 2. Coverage . This Ordinance shall cover the period approved in City Ordinance No. 2012-378 until February 28, 2013. IaSCTE SECTION 3. Repealing Clause . Any and all ordinances, rules, regulations or order in which are in consistent or contrary to the provisions of their Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. SECTION 4. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval and after its publication in a newspaper of local circulation. ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2013.
