It appearing that petitioner failed to pay docket and other legal fees, which is violative of Section 1(c) Rule 50 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, the instant motion for extension is hereby DENIED and consequently the instant petition is DISMISSED. SO ORDERED.
